Briar Grove is a brand new 3-story apartment complex privately located on the southeast side of Decorah, Iowa next to Toppling Goliath Brewery.

Working closely with the owner and developers, I crafted a complete brand identity which included naming the complex. Situated in beautiful green space next to lush forest, Briar Grove was a no-brainer.
